Our prostheses are custom-made and therefore highly customized in morphology and color, whether they are finger prostheses, partial hand or complex partial hand, total hand, nose and ear epithesis. Foot prostheses are also custom-made. Our aim is to make every type of abutment aesthetic without sacrificing functionality.

The specificity of the B-TITANIUM evolutionary bionic hands has made it possible to create a new range of hands that are much lighter than those currently existing on the national and international market. Titanium has the highest strength-to-weight ratio of all known metals. In fact, existing bionic hands currently range from around 400g. to 600g. without the glove, which is no small thing knowing that these hands are worn throughout the day. It was our concern to solve this first problem.

The second problem that we have solved with B-TITANIUM is the price, with a totally innovative and patented technology based entirely on titanium which allows us to evolve very quickly without regarding the procedures and costs of traditional industrial production.

The third problem that we have solved is the aesthetics with a colored silicone glove on the patient for a realistic aesthetic especially for patients who want to find the morphology of a real hand and not only a mechanical hand.

The B-TITANIUM hand has batteries ranging from 900mA. to 3000mA according to use and the size of the chosen hand and are totally invisible because they are placed inside the hand prosthesis, their charging is carried out via a magnetic device. The choice of programs is made with an invisible button located under the silicone glove.

It is important to conceive a biomedical configuration of the prosthesis for different possible movements which coordinate gestures and grips. The digital poly segmental chain is fixed in flexion and maximum extension by adequate mechanical stops positioned on each prosthetic interphalangeal joint and on the flexor and extensor tendons. The mobile structure of the BI-TITANIUM bionic hand automatically adapts to an object of any shape, thus allowing an intelligent grip, versatility and naturalness of movements in its use.

The swivel thumb that can be opposed to the long fingers makes all types of grips necessary in everyday life possible. The prosthesis is designed with 5 programs that allow you to vary the type of pinches.
the B-TITANIUM exists in 8 sizes in the right and left version, it is also equipped with cosmetic solutions that allow you to customize the color.

To guarantee the maximum level of customization, the B-TITANIUM DESIGN was born, this is a totally customized hand starting from inverted healthy hand prints and a silicone glove with customized color.
